The event intends to present the policy recommendations to European, National, and Regional Policy Makers based on the results of two pilot COSME projects that the European Commission and the European InnovationCouncil and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) launched within the recovery package to boost the EU economy, as well as to support the EuropeanSMEs’ green and digital transition and their adaptation to the post-crisis economic environment following the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic thanks to the adoption of advanced technologies. The two projects, ‘STARS’ and‘ReStartSMEs’ – started in 2021 – involved 25 organisations from 13 countries and all European regions. They have completed their mission and will share with the European, National, and Regional Policy Makers the key lessons learned and policy recommendations to support further competitiveness, innovation, and resilience of the Industrial Ecosystem throughout Europe and territorial cohesion.
